Number of Servings: 6


    * Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * Beef brisket, 16 oz
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 0.25 cup
    * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
    * Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
    * Baby Pepppers (Red & Orange) 3 peppers per serving, 3 serving


Take your sliced beef (what I had) and put it in a gallon sized baggie, add the bread crumbs, dry Italian seasoning mix and oil. Close & mix, shake, rattle and roll thoroughly until completely coated. Place in a crock pot with about a cup of water in it, set to Low and leave it go for about 7 hours. Surrounding the beef, place your (apx 1" cubed) potato chunks and your (rinsed & drained) green beans. Atop everything will be your chopped/de-seeded baby peppers.
