Ingredients

    One egg
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tsp water
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    handfull of FRESH spinach leaves
    less than a 1/4 cup of mild cheddar cheese

Directions

In a small mixing bowl scramble the egg and add the water, salt, and pepper. Meanwhile have your pan over medium heat melting the butter. Pour the egg into the pan and sprinkle the cut spinach leaves and cheese and let it sit until its cooked thru. Enjoy!
