A great sauce to put over pasta or eat on its own. A great sauce to put over pasta or eat on its own.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 TBSP olive oil
    28 oz can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 Carrots, chopped
    2-3 gloves garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans lump crab meat
    2 cups Spinach, frozen or fresh
    1 can cannelli beans, white
    1/2 cup white wine


Saute onion in oil for about 5 minutes. Add the carrots and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the wine and spinach and cook until spinach wilts. Add the tomatoes, crab, and bean. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
