Number of Servings: 12


    2 Cups All purpose flour
    3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
    1 tsp. Bakind Powder
    1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Salt

    1 Large Egg
    1 1/2 cups Mashed Overripe banana
    1/2 cup Milk
    1/3 cup Butter
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    Butterscotch Chipits


Measure first 5 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in centre.

Combine next 5 ingedients in medium bowl. Add to well. Stir until just moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 3/4 full

Press chipits on top of batter. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 22 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre of muffin comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool.
