Number of Servings: 12


    - 1/2c Splenda
    - 1t Vanilla Extract
    - 2 - 8oz pkgs of Philadelphia reduced fat cream cheese
    -2 large eggs


Preheat oven to 350.

Soften cream cheese in microwave, mix everything together, and beat until smooth.

Grease cupcake pan (or use wrappers) and put batter into 12 cups evenly.

Cook for 20 minutes, allow to cool and then enjoy!! Tastes like mini cheesecakes :)
