    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1.50 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Spaghetti Squash, 2 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 0.34 cup
    Yellow Cornmeal, 0.25 cup
    King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour (1c serving), 0.34 serving
    McCormick Coconut Extract, 1 tsp serving


Serving Size: 8 servings

Blend all ingredients except squash in blender. Add squash and pulse just enough to break into "coconut like" pieces. Pour into pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until set.
