    - 3 cups mashed potatoes (4 baked potaties with skins on,
    3/4 cup unsweetended almond milk and 2 teas light
    - 2 blocks firm tofu, mashed
    - 1/4 tsp black pepper
    - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    - 1 1/2 tsp paprika
    - 1/4 cup fresh parsley
    - 1 medium onion, chopped
    - 1 large bag of brocolli (about 12 oz)


- make mashed potatoes (400 degrees for 50min, Use almond milk and butter)

- preheat oven to 325

- cook frozen brocolli
- Spray oil pan and saute onions and then add brocolli.
- Mix together mashed potatoes, tofu and spices. Add Onion and veggie mixture.

- Add everything to 13 x 9 pan that is sprayed with oil. Sprinkle paprika on top.

- Bake for 35 minutes.
