    1 peach, chopped into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 tbsp whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 crunchy granola bar (90 calories), broken into pieces
    1/2 cup (4 oz) low-fat Greek yogurt
    2 tsp honey


Combine chopped peach, flour and cinnamon and microwave 2-3 minutes; stir. Add granola bar and microwave 1 minute. Top with yogurt and honey.
