Introduction

Use thinned sliced chicken breasts. Serving size based on 1 lb. of meat in package. Use thinned sliced chicken breasts. Serving size based on 1 lb. of meat in package.

Ingredients

    * *Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts, 4 serving (remove)
    * *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 extra large (remove)
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)

Directions

In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat (set it between 5-6 on dial). Scramble egg in a bowl, & spread bread crumbs on a plate. Take each piece of chicken, dip in the egg, then lay on the bread crumbs to coat each side. Once coated, place in frying fan to fry on about 7-10 mins. on each side. Once chicken in cooked, it's best to lay them on a few layers of paper towels to cool & soak up excess oil!
