    One 12-in Ready Made100% Whole Wheat Crust (I used Boboli)
    5 oz of Pesto (I used Kroger's Private Selection Brand)
    1 cup Cooked Chicken, Diced
    3 Roma Tomatoes, Diced
    1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (not packed in oil)
    1 (8oz) package of Shredded Cheese (I used the new Kraft Mozzarella with a touch of Philadelphia)


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place crust on ungreased baking sheet.
Spread Pesto over crust. Put chicken and tomatoes all over the pesto. Top with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

***You can use any kind of cheese you would like, the nutrition information will need to be adjusted for that. You can also use sun dried tomatoes packed in oil but that makes the fat content really jump.***

Two slices of this actually fills me up and it tastes wonderful. While I wouldn't eat this all the time it is so nice for a treat.
