    2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/2 cup canned white beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
    2 tbsp basil, minced
    2 tbsp red onion, diced
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    salt and pepper


Combine toast, beans, tomatoes, cucumber, basil, red onion, lemon juice and olive oil; mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
