    2 oz roasted turkey (I like Oscar Meyer Deli-Fresh Mesquite)
    1/2 oz brie or Camembert
    1 apple, half sliced thinly, other half in wedges
    1/2 cup arugula
    1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
    1 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla
    1 tsp peanut butter


Spread cheese on tortilla. Put turkey, thinly sliced apple, arugula and sprouts on top of cheese. Roll up.

Serve with the other half of the apple, cut into wedges and topped with peanut butter.
