    4 oz lean ground beef (93% lean)
    2 tbsp blue cheese
    1 whole-grain sandwich thin
    2 romaine lettuce leaves
    1 zucchini
    4 tbsp Parmesan cheese


Preheat broiler.

Cut zucchini in half widthwise and cut each half into 4 wedges. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil on baking sheet 8 minutes, until cheese melted and zucchini is tender-crisp.

Mix together beef and blue cheese; form into a patty. Cook on a grill or grill pan 4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160. Serve on a toasted sandwich thin with romaine lettuce.
