    1 1/2 oz whole-wheat spaghetti (or buckwheat soba noodles)
    2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
    1/4 water
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups packaged broccoli slaw
    1/2 cup frozen edamame, shelled and thawed


Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.

Meanwhile, to a medium skillet over medium heat, add peanut butter, water, lime juice, brown sugar and salt; heat 1 minute, stirring until smooth. Add broccoli slaw and edamame; cook, stirring, 4 minutes. Mix in pasta and cook 4 minutes more.
