    3 oz skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp honey
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
    2 cups fresh vegetable stir-fry mix
    1/2 cup cooked brown rice
    1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
    1 tsp sesame oil


Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger; saute 6 minutes. Add vegetable mix and brown rice; saute 10 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
