    5 boneless pork chops
    1 box stuffing mix (prepared)
    1/3 cup Ocean Spray Craisins
    1 package Lipton onion soup mix
    2 tbsp olive oil


dredge chops in flour and brown on both sides in olive oil (don't cook all the way)
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Layer on bottom of baking dish.
Place partially cooked chops over stuffing.
Sprinkle with Craisins
Mix Lipton soup mix with 1 cup water, pour over chops.

Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
