Ingredients

    2 C.Macaroni, whole-wheat, (dry)
    1/2 C. Salsa
    1 Can of Cambell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1-1/2 C.Bob's Red Mill TVP, (dry)
    1-1/2 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions

1) Boil pastra and drain
2) Prepare TVP
Mix prepped TVP, pasta, salsa and condensed soup.
3) place in 9x13 cassarole dish cover with cheese and bake @ 350 for 20 min or until cheese is golden brown
4) Enjoy!
