    1 cup quinoa
    1 cup frozen mixed berries
    2 apples, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Bring two cups of water to a boil. Add quinoa, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of about 1 and 1/2 cups.
