    1 1/8 cup water
    3 c flour
    1 tsp salt
    1.5 tsp sugar
    1 TB oil
    1.5 tsp yeast


put into bread maker on dough setting. When done, section and roll into 16 small pitas. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. Cover with damp cloth and let cool for 5 minutes. Slit pitas.
