    1/2 10oz bag spinach
    1 small jar (4 oz) artichoke hearts
    1 pkg fat free cream cheese
    2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
    2 TBSP miracle whip free


Mix spinach and artichoke hearts in a microwave dish. Mix miracle whip and cream cheese and dab on top of spinach artichoke mix. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover. Heat in microwave until everything is hot and cream cheese is melted.

Alternative: can be made in the oven as well on 350 degrees until hot and melty.

Serves 4 as a side dish or can be used as a hot dip in smaller servings.
