    1lb lean pork cut up small
    2 cups dry lentils
    3 cloves garlic minced
    2 onions chopped
    1-26oz. box Pomi strained tomatoes (no salt added)
    2 bay leaves
    1 lb. frozen corn
    2 tsp No Salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 cup frozen red and green peppers
    1.50 cups sliced carrots
    5 stalks celery sliced


cook lentil for 20minutes in large pot
simmer all other ingredients in separate pot for 20 min.
Mix all in one pot and simmer for 30 min.
Serve over brown rice (not calculated)

Serving Size: makes 16 1 cup servings or 32 1/2 cup servings
