Introduction

Ingredients

    1 salmon fillet or steak
    5 small new potatoes
    1 red bell pepper
    selection of salad leaves, including iceburg and spinach

Directions

Simply boil the new potatoes (skin on) until soft, and fry (or grill if you prefer) the salmon until dark on both sides.

Serve on a bed of leaves and red pepper.

Dot the 5 potatoes around the edge of the dish and place the salmon in the middle.

Serving Size: One large or two small servings
