    1 egg (beaten) + water to equal 1-1/4 cup
    2 TB powdered milk
    1 TB butter, softened
    2 TB honey
    1-1/2 tsp salt
    1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup soy flour
    1/3 cup cornmeal
    2 tsp yeast


Add to bread machine in the order listed and set for rapid-bake (about 2 hours)
