    Turnip Greens, chopped (2 bunches)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)


press garlic; saute in olive oil. chop 2 bunches turnip greens. Add to garlic and oil. cover. add salt. saute till greens are thoroughly wilted and diminished in volume.
