    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 (14 oz) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    3/4 c baking cocoa
    1 tsp baking powder


1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg substitute for 1 minute or until frothy and slightly thickened. Stir in milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder; add to the egg mixture and mix well.

2. Pour into a 13 in. X 9 in. X 2 in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
