    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    1 3/4 cup water
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    1 (28 oz) can Crushed Tomatoes
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Egg, 1 medium
    Cottage Cheese, 2 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    6 Lasagna Noodles
    Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup


Cook onion and meat until brown. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, 1.75 cups water, and spaghetti sauce packet. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl, lightly whisk egg. Add cottage cheese and Parmesan and mix well.

In a 13 x 9 baking dish, place 2 cups of sauce mixture. Then three lasagna noodles, half of the cheese mixture. Add 1/2 of remaining sauce mixture and repeat.

Bake at 350* for 50 minutes covered. Remove cover, add 1 cup of mozzarella to top and cook for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Wait ten minutes to cut.
