    1 bag flaked coconut
    1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp. almond extract


Preheat oven to 425. In large bowl, mix all ingrediants and drop by packed teaspoonfuls onto lightly sprayed and floured cookie sheet. (i use Bakers Joy) Bake for 15-18 minutes or until just tinged brown on top. Remove from oven and let cool. Can keep in airtight container between layers of parchment paper in freezer and thaw at room temp. to eat. YUMMO!
