    3/4 cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 egg
    2 tbsp sunflower oil


In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg and oil. In a smaller bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the buttermilk mixture and mix well. Allow the mixture to sit while you heat the pan.
