Yummy stuffed in half a pita! Yummy stuffed in half a pita!

    1 6-8 oz cooked chicken breast, diced
    2 tbsp of diced celery
    1 large baby carrot, diced
    1 tsp diced red onion
    2 oz. chopped grape tomatoes
    1/2 an avacodo, diced
    5 tbsp low fat sourcream
    2 tbsp medium curry powder


Mix all ingredients together and chill for half hour.

Serving Size: makes approx. 4 half cup servings
