Ingredients

    2 Flat out Multigrain
    1 can Tomato Paste *use most, or ~3/4 can
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Basil
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 Jennie O Italian Sausage link, casings removed and cooked
    1/4 - 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (part skim)

Directions

Spread tomato paste between 2 flat outs. Sprinkle with spices to your liking. Add cut onions, red peppers, or other veggies you like. Spread cooked turkey Italian sausage. Sprinkle with cheese to your liking.

Bake in 350 Oven for 10 minutes, or until desired level of doneness. Cut and eat. Good serving for a guy, may be a little more than a gal wants.
