Ingredients

    8oz ground turkey
    1 1/2 cup great northers beans
    1 1/4 cup long grain brown rice

Directions

cook the beans, drain and rinse. Cook the rice as per instructions. Saute ground turkey with coking spray and season to you won taste. Mix all ingredients together and store in the frig. I serve roasted veggies over the top of this for a full meal.
