    Beef, bottom round, 2.0 lb (remove)
    *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Lawry's Minced Onion (dried), 3 tsp (remove)
    *Minced Garlic, Dried, 2 tsp (remove)
    Red Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Maple Syrup, 1.5 tbsp (remove)


Mix flour, salt, pepper, and onion flakes, then rub them thoroughly over the roast. Place the coated meat in the crockpot, then add garlic and the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low until desired temperature is reached. Depending on your crockpot this time will vary drastically.
