Ingredients

1/2 C. Oats
1/4 C. Multigrain Mix (NOT pancake mix)
1 1/2 C. Lowfat Buttermilk (or 1 C. Milk + 1/4 C. yogurt)
1tsp. Vanilla
1 T. Canola Oil
1 Egg
1 T. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 C. White Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
Directions
Combine Oats, Mulitgrain Mix and Buttermilk and let stand 15 minutes to soften the grains.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Cook as you would normally cook pancakes.
