Ingredients

    6 Market Day Bone In Pork Chops
    1.5 cups uncooked rice
    22 oz. Swanson reduced sodium beef broth
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    3 tomatoes, chopped

Directions

Chop vegetables into large chunks. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and brown chops on both sides. Place rice in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Top with browned chops. Add tomatoes, onion and pepper. Pour beef broth over chops and cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 90 minutes.
