    1 lb Pork Roast, diced
    1 12- oz pcg Mann's California Stir Fry
    1 C fresh Green beans, cleaned and cut into aprox 1 1/2" lengths.
    1 C sliced Fresh Mushrooms( Half of a 8 oz pcg)
    2 sm-med bell peppers (Use different colors) Sliced
    1/2 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
    2 Tbs Soy Sauce
    1 Tbs Olive Oil


In large skillet, heat oil until hot, then add pork. Cook until it starts to brown, Add abt 1 Tbs Soy Sauce, and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Add Mushrooms and cook until mushrooms wilt and start to brown. Remove from pan and cover.

In same skillet, add all vegetables, rest of Soy Sauce and Mrs. Dash. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp. Return meat to vegetables and heat a couple of minutes to makesure everything is heated through.

Serve over rice or noodles.
