    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.5 cup 1/2 Cup Salsa
    12 oz Chicken Breast, no skin
    1 Cup Borden Reduced Fat Cheddar & Monterey Jack
    1/2 Cup Onions, chopped
    1/4 cup Jalapeno Peppers
    1 Cup Red Ripe Tomatoes chopped
    6 Ole Whole wheat tortilla
    1 Tbsp Chili powder


1. Stir the soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in a medium bowl.
2. Stir 1 cup picante sauce mixture, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.
3. Divide the chicken mixture amount the tortillas. Roll up the tartillas and place them seamside up in an 11 x 8 shallow baking dish. Pour remaining picante sauce mixture over the filled tortillas. Cover the baking dish.
4. bake at 350 F for 40 min. or unitl the enchiladas are hot and bubbling. Top with the tomato and onion.
