Number of Servings: 2


    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 Cup (uncooked) Barilla Plus Pasta
    2 Tbsp Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette
    1/2 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1.5 Tsp Chopped Garlic (more or less to taste)
    Optional Salt and Garnishing Herbs (pepper, cilantro,etc.)


1. Cut the chicken into desirable sizes/shapes. (Vary it up depending on pasta used!)
2. Place chicken pieces in bowl with 1 tbsp of Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette, and 1 tsp of chopped garlic. Mix gently.
3. Saute chicken in 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Be sure to include all contents from bowl containing chicken.
4. Begin to cook pasta.
5. Drain pasta, and mix in the chicken and remaining garlic (1/2 tsp) and Vinaigrette (1 tbsp).
6. Garnish with pepper and choice of herbs.
7. Serve and enjoy a healthy meal!
