    40 oz Turkey, Ground 93% lean,
    3 Cups Onions, raw, chopped
    1.5Cups Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, chopped
    1 Tbsp Oil, California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive
    8 oz Beef Broth, Pacific Natural Foods Organic
    439 gm Beans, Goya Pinto 15.5oz/439gm, drained & rinsed
    3gram Chili Powder, McCormick 4.5oz/127gm Bottle
    1lg Egg, Kirkland Signature Organic Brown Grade AA Large, 1 serving
    1 Tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    6 cloves Garlic
    Garlic, McCormick Powdered, 3 tsp
    3 Tbsp Cumin, Ground


1. Mix Garlic Powder, Oregano, Egg, Black Pepper and Chili Powder with the Ground Turkey.
2. Make small Turkey Meatballs, about 1 oz each.
2. Brown the Turkey Meatballs in the 1 Tbsp of Oil.
3. After all the Turkey Meatballs are browned and removed, add the Chopped Onion, Chopped Garlic Cloves and Red Bell Pepper to the pan and stir fry till slightly browned, occasionally scrapping the bottom of the pan.
4. Add Beef Broth, Pinto Beans, Diced Tomatoes and an additional 2 Tbsp Chili Powder, Ground Cumin and water to cover.
5. Bring to a boil, cover the pot and then let simmer for 2 hours.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preferences.

No additional salt is used because the canned beans and tomatoes have sufficient salt.
