    * chicken breast boneless skinless members mark, 3.90 lbs
    * vigo italian bread crumbs, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * *4C Breadcrumbs, Panko Plain, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * egg white, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    * Egg, Grade A Extra Large, Egg Lang's Best, 2 serving (remove)
    * milk 2% great value, .33 cup (remove)


trim fat from chicken. preheat oven to 350. dip chicken in milk then coat in bread crumbs, then dip in egg and again in bread crumbs for a crispy crust. place on cookie sheet lightly sprayed with pam and bake for 25 minutes. (the last five I do in the broiler for a little extra color. I set the serving sixe as one ounce so you can serve it as desired 2 oz with a salad for instance or 4 oz as a main item. :)
