Introduction

Fresh, mild sauce to go with spicy, Indian inspired poultry dishes. Fresh, mild sauce to go with spicy, Indian inspired poultry dishes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup fat free yogurt (I use Mountain High)
    2-3 tbsp chopped fresh mint
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

    **Fresh chopped green onion (green part only) might be nice in this too but I left this out of the recipe/nutrition info.

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for at least half hour before serving ( the longer the better).
I would suggest making this first before you start cooking dinner so when the entree is ready, the flavors in the yogurt will have blended enough.

Serving Size: Makes 6 2.5-Tbsp servings
