    Chicken (boneless), 1 bag
    Salsa(mild,med, or hot), 1 24oz jar
    Taco seasoning(chicken), 1 pack
    Water, 2 cups
    Sour cream(ff,rf, or light), 4oz
    Mexican Cheese(shredded), 2 cups


Put chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, and water into a crockpot. Let cook for around 4-6 hour. About 30 minutes before you serve put in the sour cream. When you plate sprinkle cheese on top. You can serve with whole wheat tortillas or brown rice. Always feel free to make a meal your own. Also leftovers can be frozen for later. Enjoy!
