    Put all ingredients in blender:
    1 orange - peeled
    6-oz light yogurt (any flavor)
    2 large handfuls fresh spinach (about 3 c.)
    8-10 frozen strawberries
    1 c. frozen tropical fruit
    1/2 c. frozen berry blend (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
    1 frozen or fresh banana
    2 c. water
    optional * sprinkle in wheat germ or protein powder
