    1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    1 ea Egg
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    To Taste Salt & Pepper
    1 tbsp Butter


1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Meanwhile, mix tuna with all the other ingredients (except the butter), breaking up the tuna and combining everything evenly.

3. Form the mixture into 2 patties.

4. Once the butter is melted, fry the patties until they’re cooked through, flipping about halfway through.
