Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    Fat free half and half, .66 cup (remove)
    Chicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz (remove)
    Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with coking spray. Add pork, and cook 4 -5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and done. Transfer to serving plate, keep warm.
Add broth to pan, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Stir in half and half, mustard and lemon juice. Reduce heat, and simmer uncovered 6 minutes or until wauce is slightly thick. Spoon sauce over pork. sprinkle with parsley.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings-1 chop.
