Ingredients

    3 c. flour
    1 c. water
    2 Tblsp. sugar
    1.5 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. active dry yeast
    2 Tblsp. Butter
    48 slices of Hormel pepperoni

Directions

Mix 1 c. flour with sugar, salt, yeast. Add warm water and melted butter. Mix well. Add remaining flour and knead until smooth. Let rise 45 min. Shape into small circles, add 3 pieces of pepperoni to the circle and roll. Let rest for 45 min. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Move to cooling rack right after removing from oven.
