    3 c. unbleached flour
    2 Tblsp Sugar
    1.5 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry active yeast
    2 Tblsp. butter
    1 c. warm water


In large bowl add 1 c. flour, sugar, salt, yeast and mix. Add warm water and melted butter; mix well. Add remaining flour and knead until smooth and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Let rest for 45 minutes until double in size. Shape into loaf and place in greased loaf pan. Let rest for 45 minutes until double in size. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
