Ingredients

    1 cup chopped watercress
    4-5 baby potatoes depending on size
    Organic mayonnaise
    Lemon
    Cherry tomatoes
    freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Boil the potatoes until soft. Roughly chop the watercress and halve the tomatoes. When the potatoes have cooled, chop them up and combine all ingredients. Enjoy.

Serving Size: serves 1 as a meal or 2-3 as a side.
