    Vege Stock Powder (1 tsp), 1 serving (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes - Watties Chopped in Juice 400g can, 800 gram(s)
    Black Beans Organic, 400 gram(s)
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Chili powder, 3 tsp
    *Cumin powder, .5 tbsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Ground beef, extra lean, 500 grams
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long)
    1 cup water


Brown the beef then chop all other ingredients (& remove the corn kernels). Put one can of tomatoes into the food processor with the jalapenos, garlic and spices and mix well. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker (crockpot) and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
