    Macaroni, whole-wheat, .50 cup elbow shaped
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .25 cup, whipped
    Water, tap, .50 cup (8 fl oz)
    American Cheese, 1 cup, shredded


1. Cook macaroni until al dente.
2. Drain and put back into the pot. Add heavy cream and water
bring to a boil until the cream thickens.
3. Add cheese, mix - turn off the heat.

Add pepper and salt to taste.
