Ingredients

    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 4 serving
    Green Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Oats, 1 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 1/2 bunch
    HoneySuckle White Extra Lean Ground Turkey 97% Fat Free, 20 oz
    Pepper, black, 0.125 tsp
    Herbox Sodium Free Beef Broth & Seasoning, 1 serving
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Sage, ground, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large, beaten
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced

Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients listed except the turkey bacon.

Cut the turkey bacon into 1/4 slices.

Spray a cupcake pan with non-stick spary. (They will stick if you do not spray the cupcake pan.)

Put the ground turkey mixture in the prepared cupcake pan.

Place the turkey bacon on top of each turkey filled cupcake whole.

Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
